Create a document with bibtex insets, and two citations: foo and bar,
and do View->DVI.
Now delete the 'bar' citation, and do View->DVI again: LyX will not rerun
bibtex, so the bibliography in the result is wrong!
I will fix this bug tomorrow (unless someone else wants to do it).
To fix the bug, we need to scan the aux file for all the keys, and rerun
bibtex if there is a change (a simpler (but not as good) alternative is to
rerun bibtex if the .aux file has changed).
I think that we should postpone 1.1.6fix1 until this bug is fixed.
