Considering the fact that we intend to replace InsetFigure with
InsetGraphics, why bother redoing its dialog? The IG dialog is already
done in the GUII way.
btw: have you looked at my IG patch of late? I'm now trying to work out
the problems that I still have with the auto image conversion.
