Wrong move.

In LaTeX teminilogy you "includegraphics" and this has nothing to do
with floats. You are actually moving away from LaTeX terminilogy and
making the matter even more confused...

For floats we use Figure and Table (and algorithm)

For graphics we use graphics.

Wrong place for this togle. Edit would be the right place.
