On newest master, if I start an ERT, type inside of it, and then
select with Shift + arrow inside it, the highlight is not drawn.
Moving the mouse inside it triggers the redraw.
I'm using Qt 5 so I'm curious if other can reproduce.

Same here. With Qt5.
I see the same with Qt 4.8.1. A missing update flag somewhere
presumably. I am not sure how it is supposed to work actually.
