Dekel, you asked in a previous message why the babel package was set
to "ukrainian" instead of "ukraineb". As far as I can see, ukrineb is
the name of the babel ldf file, but ukrainian is the correct babel
option:
\DeclareOption{ukrainian}{\input{ukraineb.ldf}}
Therefore, if you do not have any other objection, I propose that we
add that to both 1.1.6fix1 and 1.2.0cvs.
