Dekel, a quickie before I disappear:
I see you're playing with insetbib.[Ch]: note that the two insets share the
same form (horrible, I know), so if you're going to cut out InsetBibtex, you
should regenerate this rather than remove the code entirely. Leave the
original for InsetBib.
If, of course, you're not doing this, ignore this mail. I'll be back in 2
weeks.
