svmono and svmult must stay in the examples folder because they include

Is there some reason they have to include child documents?
Yes, the idea of the thesis template is to show how one can speed up the work flow by using child
documents for every chapter.
For Springer, we followed exactly the springer documentation and the templates are a rebuild of
these files. svmono is in fact a book class and they expect that you use a child for every chapter.
(The template is about 2 years old but I think this has not be changed.)
Couldn't we just make them single documents?
In my opinion the real is fix is:
- When the user chooses via "New from templates" a master file, this file is copied to the user
folder AND alls its childs will moved automatically to the same older too.
What do you think?
The svmono_dedication file seems particularly odd.
I am pretty sure this still follows the svmono_dedictation example TeX file. (Don't have the time to
check that today.)
