Fix bug #9040: In RtL documents end-of-paragraph marker shifts

When trying to point to this commit in trac, I noticed that there is
no shortcut for the features git repository (featgit or whatever). I
tried to add it dfrom the administrative panel but then was told that
some extra works needs to be done on the server.
Richard, Vincent, do you know how to create this new shortcut for
features.git commits? Could you do it?
I added it so you can do e.g. [82c77f14/features] now.
There's all sorts of other info here, but I'm not sure any of it really
needs to be done.
