Agreed. Lilypond is in that category too, right now it is run in "safe"
mode which prevents any harm, but it also restricts the kind of music
snippet that you can write, i.e. it prevents using any coding. It should
be possible for advanced users to activate "nonsafe" mode for files they
trust.
