I usually use kotex package (\usepackage{kotex} line in LaTeX Preamble) and
export w/ pdflatex.
additional settings are Korean language and unicode(utf8) encoding in
Language.

Well... i have no idea about this.
but I can tell is kotex needs some amount of additional installations
(refer http://www.ktug.org/xe/?mid=install -> pages are Korean).
