Hopefully someone who uses Windows will show up. One thing you might
want to try is to compile LyX 2.1 beta 2 instead of 2.0.7. (you can
get the tar.gz from here:
ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/devel/lyx-2.1/lyx-2.1.0beta2). I believe
that a lot has changed in terms of LyX's CMake from 2.0.x to 2.1.
