I still have many updates, but no crashes (and that was the reason not to 
upgrade).
The actual linux version is 3.2.0-55-generic, but today I am requested to 
update to 3.2.0.56.66 ...

Pidgin asks for "user", "domain" and "resource". What values to use here?
Protocol should be XMPP, OK.
