Instant Preview tag in flex insets?

I tinker, and in a number of the resulting custom insets it is natural 
to place the inset in an instant preview inset. That means two steps: 
inserting the custom inset and putting it in an instant preview inset. 
One step would be better. I envisage an InstantPreview tag for custom 
insets which, when set to 1, gives a custom inset the Instant Preview 
property, like maths insets (subject to the Tools > Preferences > Look & 
Feel > Display setting). Is this doable? Worth opening a feature request 
for?
