The template is for AGU journal (which I don't think accepts HTML as submission) and there is no default output format set. I thus thought that the intended output was PDF. But perhaps I should not make assumptions about what the user wants to do. We can set the default format to LyXHTML and we can put a note at the top along the lines of "exporting to PDF of this document is currently not working". Scott
