This target does also not exists. That is the problem. This target has not been
created.
Can you check whether CMake found Python and the gettext tools.
That was the problem! The folder of the gettext tools was corrupted. Seems something went wrong
while downloading the dependencies package. I copied now the folder from branch and now it works. I
can also build the update-po target now.
