That way
1.) No changes for automake
2.) cmake: still installs from the build-dir (No changes)
3.) cmake: with "#make update-po" overwrite .gmo-files in source (To be 
commited)
4.) cmake: src-tar (make git-archive) will include .gmo-files automatically
