Many thanks! gettext for Windows always lacked behind the current gettext and in the past we suffered from bugfixes that could no be applied.
Both autotools and CMake should be updated correctly.
By the way didn't we want to remove autotools for LyX 2.2? We had some discussions about that on the developer meeting but I din't yet saw a discussion on the list.
