When writing the patch I thought that when running without GUI, we should set
LyX::first_start when according to the existence of the lyxdir (as when
running with GUI).
But after a second thought, I don't see a good reason to do it. Therefore,
I wrote a shorter version of the patch, in which first_start is set to false
when running without GUI.
