Do I need to mention that this bug is pretty annoying ? :) It should
be fixed before 1.1.6-final, IMHO.

BTW: I haven't checked the details yet, but are you sure that other
invocations of LyxRC::GetFloat are not subject to the same bug? The
lyxrc file format should not be language dependent, otherwise users
will have massive troubles if switching the environment's language.
