Actually I don't agree...
Just imagine having gnumerics export a lyx tabular for direct
inclusion. (ok, this was not well though out...)
I would actually like to add more version numbers... i.e. for mathed.
We _could_ do it with the lyxformat, but not only I belive. We should
bump the lyxformat as well.
