-) searching only with Advanced F&R, without replacing ?
-) doing anything else with LyX, unrelated to Advanced F&R ?
-) replacing with Advanced F&R non-math material ?
-) after copy'n'paste-ing math segments within math insets only ? (without any
Advanced F&R)
-) using internal boost vs system-wide boost ?
These are the things that come to my mind at a glance to narrow down the
problem.
