Registration ends on May 3. You are encouraged to post a draft of your application early, so we can review it and comment on it. Your project proposals are visible only to you and mentors, so Google's system is the right place if you want to post information privately. We encourage you to move discussions on concrete project proposals to that site, rather than the mailing list.
