I propose to keep supporting 2.x until: * the minimum requirement is 2.7 (i.e. 2.7 is available in Debian/stable), AND * the majority of Python installations defaults to Python 3. I suppose, there is no need to raise the minimum requirement to 2.7 unless we start supporting 3.x. Günter
