would you be willing to mentor this project? In my opinion as a user, a
working advanced F&R is one of lyx's most needed features. It is basically
unusable on long multi-file manuscripts, which is exactly where it'd be
most precious.

If you could serve as mentor, could you add the project  on our idea page (
http://wiki.lyx.org/Devel/SummerOfCode2013Ideas) and put your name down as
a mentor? Or just let me or Liviu know, and we'll do it.
