When I wrote seminar.layout it was just to show that seminar could
also be used with LyX, I didn't put much effort in and actually hoped
that somebody woudld refine it.

The NEW_INSETS will pave the way for this.

but note that slides is also lacking a lot and that is because of
lacking featrues in LyX.
