I don't understand. What test did you run and why does it pass the other files?
For me all test files can be loaded but 3 of them are uncompilable due to known bugs in tex2lyx. So
I doubt the test you performed is useful as it is.
Moreover, "test-refstyle-references.lyx.lyx" shows that tex2lyx is not running correctly because you
got the whole preamble again as preamble. I also don't understand the file extension ".lyx.lyx". My
virus checker issues a warning because having 2 extensions is often a try to trick the user, eg.g
with a filename like "new-document.txt.exe".
So can we therefore please avoid ".lyx.lyx" as extension?
