If a module contains text like
#DescriptionBegin
...
# ... "something" ...
#DescriptionEnd
then the retrieved description string which will be used by the po file is
missing the double quotes.
This results in non-translated module description.
How to check:
Try to select shapepar.module, or multicol.module with "Document->module". The
description of both
of them is not translated.
So either we use single quote, or correct the lyx_pot.py script.
