Remnant of 1.5 to 2.0 versions. I don't know, if it is still valid for windows,
but I doubt. We are trying to determine this path from the path of lyx-exe.
I an unsure, how to rephrase the appropriate section.
But true is: If one sets the env-variable correctly, then it has to work.
