OK, lyx used the .mo from the installed. Corrected it now.

I changed keytest.py, so that now the environment var 'PO_BUILD_DIR' defines, 
where the original .gmo files reside.

I meant only the part in keytest.py.
Did not touch single-test.sh, because not needed in cmake build.
