triggers a crash.
To reproduce:
#mkdir tmp
#cd tmp
#lyx -E xhtml bla.xhtml <lyx_sources>/lib/doc/MergedManuals.lyx
...

Error: LyX crashed!
Exporting to format lyx16x is ok. (It is also OK if using '-e' instead of '-E',
but I wanted to export to different directory)
