We should probably forget about it. What we need is maybe a way to have
default construction of insets, like saying that, at creation a Chunk
inset contains already the <<>> stuff. Or that a figure float starts
centered with a caption. Or that a table is better than the ugly default
we have now.
I am really not sure how to do that, other than with a special template
lyx file that would contain insets. When creating a new inset, one would
look in the template file whether a model exists and insert that.
Does this make sense?
