That is a problem if we would want to ditch internal boost completely,
but as long as we keep the copy it is not a problem.

I have seen some discussion about this on the boost list in the last few
days, and they talked about createing a "super-debug" version that is
compiled with stdlib-debug turned on. A distro with a boost-debug variant
like that would probably work for us as well with stdlib-debug on.
