Right. The Author feature is really lacking in documentation.
This really seems like a bad thing to use hashes for, and specially a
hash that can easily get collisions.
But the case 2.0 -> 2.1 and not recoginized or recoginzed wrongly isn't
that already presetn for all users? Hmm... and you store the full name
in the .lyx file anyway, so what is the hash really used for?
Forget this patch, except perhaps the part that makes the 33 stand
out.
(and int for hashes... hm)
