I would still like to figure out how to add the "Build" button to the toolbar,
but I think I can figure that out now. I forgot how cool and extensible LyX is.

The literate programming code has continued to live, but became centered
around R/Sweave (hardcoding for noweb is somewhat gone). I think the
original intent needs some attention.
In particular, I am not sure that tex2lyx still imports literate
documents correctly.
