Hello José, nice to hear from you! I came back from Portugal yesterday,
but somehow we did not meet by chance in the streets of Faro :p
What you can do is read lib/Makefile.am and tell me if something strikes
you as a bad way to install python files.
Then take a look at
http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/6080
and see whether there is something we should do.
