Me too.
The git server is available, but sooo slow.
We had been having this problem intermittently, but now it is becoming
constant. The issue is that httpd for some reason spawns a bazillion
processes, and we are basically out of memory. Each one only consumes a
few megs, but a bazillion times a few is too much.
Lars suspected some issue with trac, but it's very hard to tell what's
going on.
I can restart httpd again, but I'm not sure it will help. For long.
