Thanks, I did not initially use the fixed version when trying to include the graph. However, after using the fixed version, it worked, although I now have a couple questions about the fixed version.
First, although the graph shows up on the PDF, I'm not sure how to format it such that I can center the graph, or move it in different places. The box in the editor where the graph is placed has an option under "Rotation Graphics" called "Origin", which is initially placed on "Default", but which gives other options (e.g. bottom left, top right, center, etc.). However, using a different option such as center doesn't seem to change the placement of the graph in the PDF at all. I've attached the editor with one of my graphs for you to test yourself. Also, in the PDF created from the editor, it says on the bottom left of the first page that "Author notes, acknowledgements, contact information go here". However, I don't see anything in the editor that corresponds to that part of the PDF.
