Hi:
Insert/Graphics
Type a filename in the dialog box, where the file does not actually exist.
Close the box: "No file found" message.
Now create the file (in another window) and try again.
Still "No file found".
This message appears even if the browse button in the dialog box is used
to point to the actual file.
Close the file and open it again.
Now all is well.
