I still don't get it to work in another solution than what I committed. I'll now work on to define the list in a header.

languages when we have all the information accessible in languages.

Because we already do the same for the babel languages. I'm not sure why we do this but think that it might be a reason of not using directly the languages file - which is the best solution indeed. I could not reach Georg but will propose a patch accordingly.
