Hello all, following the discussion in this group (with Liviu), we released a modified version of rtf2latex2e which now uses unoconv (+ OpenOffice or LibreOffice) in the Unix and Mac version and, as already posted, the LyX Metafile to EPS converter for the Windows version. Both the Unix/Mac and Windows version were updated, including the documentation. On the Mac, the installation of unoconv needs some tweaking, which is described in the documentation, and it works only with LibreOffice, not OpenOffice.
