I'll will have a nother look as well.
In 1.2.0 I will move all the bind/bindfile parsing out of lyxrc,
currently you can have whatever you have in lyxrc just as well in a
bind file...
This will probably mean that only bind_file will be supported by lyxrc
and that all binds will have to be in a bind_file.
