The identificator in the ssh key file is mostly for you, it is not
connecting the key
machine where it was created.

I have several key pairs that I use, some of them are duplicated on several
machines. So you can copy the key-pair from you PC to your laptop, either using
same names (mean that the copied keys will be the primaries on the
laptop as well)
or give them different names (and thus setup for multiple key pairs on
the laptop)
