Jurgen reported this issue, as well. The immediate problem is that there
is no source for Trac 0.12. I've downloaded the 0.11 source and built
the egg from it, and I can try installing it later today if that seems
like a good idea. Since it only affects the web pages, I don't think it
could mess anything else up if it doesn't work (e.g., corrupt the
database), but it might just fail.

Are you sure?
This is a google mail group, run within mail.lyx.org.
I am not aware of any such limits there.
I.e., the change to the server shouldn't have affected mail, since mail
is not handled there.
