The error shows iff:
a.) The branch in main module is active
b.) The file Thanks.lyx is inside the branch
c.) the "addcontentsline..." line in file Thanks.lyx is there
Can you file this as a bug? I'll fix it when I get a little time,
hopefully for 2.0.3.
