I just installed your template; thanks for it. But what do you think is better,
to use this one, or to follow the instructions on
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=575959 :
(i) renaming /usr/share/lyx/layouts/revtex4.layout to
/usr/share/lyx/layouts/revtex4-1.layout and changing
the line
\DeclareLaTeXClass{article (REVTeX 4)}
to
\DeclareLaTeXClass{article (REVTeX 4-1)}
(ii) renaming /usr/share/lyx/templates/revtex4.lyx to
/usr/share/lyx/templates/revtex4-1.lyx and changing
the line
\textclass revtex4
to
\textclass revtex4-1
I am also wondering why Lyx does not include the Revtex4-1 layout/cls by default
in itself, instead of Revtex and Revtex4.0, which are out of date...
