Remove from svn the files that are provided by automake. This ensures that we
always use the correct version.
This is done as part of trying to fix automake 1.11.2 problems. The real
fix will be to install properly #6080. Pavel, could you tell me what is
the patch applied to gentoo? I cannot find my way on their website.
I assume this patch just install python files as data, right?
Is compiling needed? What kind of benefits do we get?
