I think this is what I mean, I mean a paragraph style, which in german
is »Auflistung«. But it´s weird: Although I change/adapt some values
in the Paragraph Settings you mentioned, LyX does not accept them and
returns to the standard-values immediately. I also could not enter
anything in »longest label«, regardless of turning to user-defined or
else…
I am on LyX 2.0.1, maybe I should update…

If you mean the paragraph style "Labeling", go to Edit > Paragraph
Settings...
and adapt "Longest Label".
