Dear Developers,

While working on the HTML5 definitions I mentioned in the previous message, I
had another question about the XHTML output. Is there a way to suppress div
tags within InsetLayout insets? Frequently, I'm finding that the LyX XHTML will
open and close a bunch of random, unnecessary tags, whether it be <p> or <div>.
They will sometimes be nested three or four deep.

For example, if you have a standard paragraph inside of a float, LyX will open
one <div> because of the inner tag and then a second <div> for the paragraph
environment. This seems slightly redundant. Any thoughts on how to make the
output a little cleaner?

Cheers,

Rob

PS, I'm working with trunk from SVN.
