Ok, I can reproduce the bug now even if i compile lyx from source. I looked in the OpenSuse Buildservice. OBS uses --without-included-boost.
With this option, I can reproduce the bug with 2.0.2 from svn. Branch 2_0_x doesn't run: "terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'"
