You are welcome. Trunk is now also up to date. As discussed several months
ago I tied now the file formats of LyX and tex2lyx: If you only update one,
the compiler will spam you with warnings.
http://www.lyx.org/trac/changeset/39927 contains all needed changes to go
from format 345 (1.6.x) to 413 (2.0.x), and a few tiny features. As you can
see, the minimal amount of changes is really small. Therefore it should not
be too much work to keep tex2lyx up to date in the future. This does not
mean that tex2lyx needs to be able to import all new features, but that the
file format is up to date, so that simple features can be added quickly
(e.g. the fontenc options at http://www.lyx.org/trac/changeset/39926). Of
course importing all new features is a lot more work.

I might have broken the newline/paragraph import in noweb mode, but I did
not care much since the noweb mode is broken anyway
(http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/7838), and the update fixes a more important
bug (http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/7780).
